Oracle
Acrylic, Silicone, Tissue, Taxidermic.
A powerful talismanic piece, with stylistic visual roots in New Zealand's Victorian and Maori Heritage and cross-cultural goddess Symbology.
Oracle includes naturally foraged anthropomorphic elements: notably, the head of a Kahu (NZ native forest hawk) preserved through traditional taxidermy methods.
Oracle is heavily interested in surrealism, sacred feminine, dream state, and shifts of consciousness.
