A Karen Hansen Creative Witness Event, we will connect with our inner child through art, a tea-party, beautiful professional face-painting, at a venue you have to experience to believe.
Dress Up, Take photos, let the girl who still believes in fairies out to play 
Light Supper Included, with Tea, Coffee, Sparkling Water and Juice. Please bring a note journal or drawing book to catch the whimsy of your inner childs thoughts and experiences. All else is provided .
CREATIVE WITNESS is Karen's personal technique for direct revelation and gaining insight from the world around us in many different forms. Karen has been developing this technique in line with her work in personal development, nature and creative mentoring since 2018.
About the Venue:
The Enchanted Story Book Nook is a magic garden, accessed through a wardrobe - just like the land of Narnia. It is filled with all your favourite Childhood book characters and settings - a true Fantasy Art installation and experience in rural Rotorua.
Conceived of by the owner Jenna Austin, in honour of her Grandmother , her own inner childs dream garden, and a wonderfilled place for her family to play - it was built over a number of years between her, her husband, and friend Ria Hermans. Ria has painted many wonderful murals and more within the garden, including a portrait of Jenna's Grandmother as Glinda from the Wizard of Oz, and created many of the fantasy sculptures within.
